If you are like me you love fresh pineapple. Have you ever tried Grilled Pineapple?
We take a fresh pineapple, core it, cut into thick rings, brush it with melted butter and grill it to along with our pork chop, steak, chicken breast or burger. There is noting like Grilled Pineapple. It is a unique texture and adds great flavor to your meal along with a pop of color to your dinner plate.
We also use the pineapple juice (you can use canned or bottled pineapple juice as well) as a meat marinade. Tonight we are marinating a T-Bone steak in pineapple juice with a little Cavender's Greek Seasoning, after first tendering the steak to make it tender and delicious.
