Lifestyle Plan- Day 2

Good Morning!

Just to keep you updated, Day 1 went well. Day 2 is stating off with a bang as well. This is the day the Lord hath made, I will Rejoice and be glad in it!

Today's Meal Plan:

Breakfast = 2 eggs, 1 slice of light bread

Snack = Orange

Lunch = Grilled Chicken Salad with Fresh Strawberries

Dinner = Blackened Tilapia with Peppery Green Beans and for dessert, Baked Cinnamon Chips (40 cal flour tortilla, cut into triangles, sprayed with cooking spray, sprinkled with splenda/cinnamon mixture, baked at 400 until crisp).

Snack = Granny Smith Apple

Today I plan to drink another 96+ oz. of water. Water is key, flush your system and keep yourself hydrated.

Tip: You can make your own blackening seasoning with dry spices as long as you do not include salt or sugar. It just so happens, Terry made a big batch of blackening seasoning during his taste testing last week for Hadley's and it's salt free so we will try it on our Tilapia tonight.  Yum!

Today, I am heading back to the home office to finish the Employee Handbook for Terry.
